This has been such a great learning experience for me and is such a solid way to make money! I worked with Rachel Mahoney who was so helpful in helping me to navigate the websites and learning the tricks of the trade. I was able to secure my first tax lien and plan to keep going. This has given me some confidence to start my personal investment journey and I am so grateful. We were not able to spend much time on tax deeds. One more session to focus on tax deeds would be so very helpful.

I joined TLWB after looking at an ad online. It felt different than other ads, I actually spent time talking to real people! The enthusiasm of everyone I spoke to was infectious and I felt good about an investment that I was lucky enough to be able to cover with funds that other people would call me crazy to have done. So, I didn't tell anyone, I'll wait to start getting returns on my investments and maybe I'll share with them then. The process moved quickly and I found myself being coached by Angelo Pippis after just a week or so. He has had so much patience with my tech ignorance that I'm amazed that he wanted to continue with me. He was thorough with training to get me into tax liens, but I had to go back to the training session recordings several times to really understand when I was doing things on my own. With his tutelage, I was able to acquire 2 tax liens, of which I am proud and hope they give me some return. Because once you see progress, it motivates you to do more. It is a top notch company and I'm glad I didn't turn away from it in the beginning. It will make a difference to my life, I will make it so.

I completed my fly out last week with coach Eric and the experience was amazing! Having zero experience in real estate can feel overwhelming with so much to learn but coach Eric has made this super smooth and easy to understand. I am in awe with Eric's expertise and level of patience he has to teach. You can just tell that coaching is something he is super passionate about and I aspire to be just like him with real estate. Coach Christian has also been super helpful along the way! Appreciate both very much. I was able to submit a few offers during my fly out and one that we are hopeful will go under contract this week! I don't believe I could have done this without my fly out. I will be leaning on Eric and Christian a lot during this process and trust that they will be there to guide me.

The instructor had years of experience with liens, deeds, fix and flips. He gave us his unique experiences and shared excellent tips. He walked through several of the lien/deed tools and followed the prescibed due diligence processes. I am more confident to move forward with actual bidding on tax liens and deeds.
