If you looking to change your life, trust the process and make the leap. Already a tax lien making more money on interest than my car loan. Working on my first real estate deal that will pay their fee + money to start the next deal. Was not high pressure sales, you either do it or you dont. They give you the education, the road map and the guidance. More guidance than I thought I signed up for. If I can do it with fair credit and a little cash, so can anybody but you get out of it what you put into it. Don't think you sit backhand make money in the beginning, it's a process but I can already see the potential. I am in it neck deep and loving every minute of it.

I am enjoying the Flyout experience. The work is fast paced and there is a lot to do.
My Flyout Coach Mark Perez and Base Coach Lalo Uribe are attentive, patient, and seem to anticipate or recognize when I have questions or need clarification.
They have explained the need to work quickly and efficiently. We have gone over the tools for calculating and analyzing properties and markets.
Mark emphasizes the positives about building community. As the group grows and we become more involved the group gains strength. We share our strengths and get help with other areas. One hand washes the other.
I like that Lalo assigns homework then reviews my work to identify what I need to improve.
There are many resources and methods for finding contractors, realtors, and inspectors as well as lenders.
Both coaches have assigned learning webinars, checklists, and shared which sources and methods have worked for them.
From a learners perspective, I want to know how my coach skins the cat, because, there can be many ways.
I find Mark and Lalo effective coaches. It’s been a pleasure getting to know them. Sometimes, I feel I’m asking a dumb question. They don’t treat it that way, but rather, a question that needs clarifying or review.

I recently completed my fly-out session with my amazing coach Freddy, after getting excellent guidance from coach Chris and coordination from Vivienne. The entire experience has been eye-opening and life-changing, and worth the cost. The team has a solid process and system but more than that, the coaches are amazing at what they do and bring a level of energy that makes all the difference. Freddy helped me make several offers during the fly-out and incredible as that sounds, it gives me the confidence to know that I can continue this process and contribute to an amazing ecosystem. I am grateful for this experience. Highly recommend!
