I recently attended the Immersion two-day seminar in Orlando, and it exceeded my expectations. I learned a tremendous amount and am excited to begin my journey into tax deed investing.
The coaches were outstanding. They explained the strategies and fundamentals in a way that was easy to understand, with a strong focus on the keys to becoming a successful investor. Their real-world experience and willingness to answer questions made the learning experience even more valuable.
Overall, it was an enjoyable, informative, and motivating weekend. I left with the knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm to take the next steps in tax deed investing. I highly recommend this seminar to anyone interested in learning how to invest in tax deeds the right way.

I recently attended the Tax Lien Wealth Builders Immersion course and learned valuable investing in Real Estate via these two strategies, Tax Liens and Deeds. Our instructor for this course was Derek Frandsen, he was an excellent instructor. He helped us understand how important Due Diligence is, what is involved in the Due Diligence process to ensure we have all the tools necessary to be successful. There were many other tools that were provided to us and if we follow them, we will be very prepared for this great experience. Derek allowed us to ask him many questions; he was always professional and thanks to his expertise and experience he provided us a wealth of information of which I am grateful.
I would like to recognize Tana King, my concierge with Tax Lien Wealth Builders, she set up my software access, answered any questions that I had and she was only a phone call or email away. Just getting started with my training, Tana was very patient and kind and ensured I had everything I needed.

Their Immersion classes I attended this past weekend in Durham were fantastic. Learned so much on how to do tax deeds and liens via the hands on training. Kudos to my instructor Irving and my conciege guy Steve! Highly recommend!

Flyout & Tax Lien Wealth Builders Program
I had really no idea what real estate investing was prior to joining Tax Lien Wealth Builders in fall of 2024. When I first joined the program, I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. But I persisted, since the tuition wasn’t cheap, and found the webinars and coaches to be informative and helpful. Since joining, I’ve purchased a tax lien and several tax deed properties. The turnaround to sell wasn’t as quick as I’d thought, but have now sold 3 properties!
I also just started the Flyout program to learn how to fix and flip houses with coaches Eric Lloyd and Christian Weatherspoon. Eric has been a phenomenal coach, cheerleader, and invaluable source of information. Christian has great insight, a wealth of experience and has helped give introverted me the confidence to talk to contractors and realtors. The coaches go above and beyond! I have made offers on four houses and am waiting to see if I can get a deal under contract, knowing they will help me through the process. If you’re considering the Flyout, do it!

Fly Out Experience with Eric Lloyd
I had no real estate experience prior to joining the Tax Lien Wealth Builders program in 2024. As a result of studying the courses, webinars and coaching provided, I have purchased and sold tax deed properties in two states, and am working on my first fix and flip project, after my Fly Out experience with coaches Eric Lloyd and Christian Weatherspoon.
Both of these coaches have been great teachers and ultimately supportive. The preparation they gave us and support after has been fantastic. From them I have learned succinct and effective ways to find contractors, realtors and prospective properties, and processes to keep track of them. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them on these projects.
