I signed up for their premium package 2 weeks ago and between their expansive library of resources and attending the 2 day wonderful immersion course with Brennen, I have learned a ton of new information. These guys are legit and worth every penny.

My partner and I attended immersion in Atlanta last weekend. Irving did a great job teaching us things that he loves and is good at. We learned how to do due diligence, valuation, rehab cost, maximum allowed offer, rehab, buy or walk decisions, exit strategies and more. This was time well spent indeed. My advice to you is, if you have the opportunity to attend any function by TLWB, get your behind in this seat. It will be well worth your time and attention.

Ryan Windley
Ryan Windley, was very patient with the process of us learning some of the ways of buying tax lien and deed certificates. On our last day of our 1 - on - 1 meetings, Ryan made sure we took every step to actually bid on some liens in Florida. I am so happy and grateful he did because we won 3 tax liens from that auction.
