The instructor was knowledgeable and explained the material well. However, since I am new to project management, I found the course to be very information, intensive, and it sometimes assumed prior knowledge of the concepts. I believe the training would be even more effective if it included more introductory explanations and practical examples using situations that most participants can easily relate to before moving into the more advanced topics. Those examples would make it easier for beginners to understand and apply the concepts.
