Unknown charges from old bookings appear 2 years later
Unknown charges from old bookings appear 2 years later. I have recently made a car rental booking through drivelah app in 2026, but later found that there are unknown charged tied to my next booking. After contacting the customer service, was told it was a system related error back in 2024 booking driveleh seek to claim back the extra discount from me. This is totally unacceptable! I paid the amount shown at the time of booking and drivelah suddenly come to me 2 years later and tied these "unexplained" charges to my next booking. I seriously think Drivelah should educate their customer service and prevent this unreasonable act.
