I paid an outstanding balance and PayPal took the money out again. Now I have no money in my bank account and several bills I need to pay. I’ve been told this probably won’t be rectified for over a week. PayPal has thrown me into debt and I’m terrified. I cannot pay my bills. Customer services keeps insisting they cannot do anything. They had no issue taking our several hundred pounds from my bank account, but solve the issue? They can’t do anything right now. Edit: The money was taken from my account on the 30th July. It is now the 4th August. I’m receiving emails for bills that have been rejected by my bank. PayPal customer services and told me not to worry and that the money will be returned. They simply don’t care. “Don’t worry” about the debt they have put me in. Update: now they’ve changed the date to the 14th! They’ve sent me into debt and I can’t even pay my car tax. This is unbelievable.
