Dystopian program, awful support
This entire app is a half built, rushed, outsourced, AI money grab that promises employers reduced costs while rationing out your medication. They become a middleman who cuts out your doctor. They do not fill medication on time. Their customer support is absolutely terrible in the worst ways: automated responses, multiple reps replying with pre-written scripts to find ways to blame you for their failings. It’s endless delays and you can’t get anyone to actually do anything. The service is 100000% unnecessary with “modules” that are the most basic health and nutrition information. You have to jump through hoops each month before they give you your next months dosage and they absolutely do not care at all if you get it on time. Leading to GI issues because dosage falls off and then you get back on it late. It’s dystopian and it’s dangerous. It needs to be stopped immediately.
