Worst customer service and technical support ever. Very poorly trained agents. Called 7/21/86 to ask difference between 3 different filters all with same specifications and sizes but different prices. Told by the agent they were the same and she would go with the cheapest one. Ordered 4 for $114. Got email saying they had been shipped on 7/21. Yesterday called as I had not received them yet and after 1/2 hr on the phone was told that they were not stocking those anymore even though still on website. After explaining to her there were 2 other brands with similar size and specs on website and why they didn't ship one of those she told me that she would refund my money and I would have to order one of those. Told her that was just crazy!!! Anyway to make a long story shorter did just that but it cost me $133 instead of $113. After being in business for over 40 years myself, I can tell you that is not the way to get return customers. Order for someone else!
