The company actively engages in bait and swith tactics without concern for the seniors they are servicing. They claim to care about people above profits but that is simply NOT ture. They only care about profits. NOT what is in the best interest of seniors. Their marketing materials are borderline illegal. Tried to sell me a policy that would have reduced my benefits and forced me to get new doctors which I did not want.
