The more I think about this
The more I think about this, the more aggravated I get. I ordered a massage full body pad and was a little concerned about delivery because I had just moved. So I called customer service and was assured my item was coming to my new address. You guessed it. The package was delivered at my old home three hours away. I contacted customer service and they apologized, especially since I had verified with a customer service representative. But they asked me if I could find a friend to go and pick it up and mail it to me. They said they would pay for the postage. OK first of all I’m inconvenienced. More importantly, my friend was inconvenienced. It was like could you please find someone to go get it and mail it to you? What should that be my problem or my friend’s problem? I did just that, but I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service I received. I will hesitate before I shop with them again.
