Product and customer service dissatisfaction
I purchased this product last year, but saw spider webs return just one day after the first treatment, leading me to believe the product's effectiveness falls short of its advertised claims .The cancellation process is highly problematic. Online cancellation was not an option. After emailing my dissatisfaction, customer support called me and I agreed to let my current subscription finish while ensuring it would not renew for the following year. Unfortunately, this agreement was not honored, and I was billed and shipped a renewal this year. To make matters worse, customer support claims they sent a warning email two weeks prior, but I did never receive it. They are now requiring me to pay for return shipping to get a refund. I feel misled by their customer service team and strongly advise potential buyers to beware of their subscription cancellation policies.
