⚠️ BEWARE OF EL TEA HAUDINGS ⚠️
⚠️ BEWARE OF EL TEA HAUDINGS ⚠️ This was one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The smell of mold was overwhelming. It ate through the drywall, and the stench was unbearable on my nose and lungs. The bathroom sinks stayed clogged, the front door hung lopsided, and we even watched a large brown-and-cream snake trying to get inside. 5 tenants moved out, including myself. To make matters worse, I heard gunshots almost every night. No one should have to live in conditions like this. This was my experience, and I hope others thoroughly inspect any property before signing a lease. #Beware #RentersRights #KnowBeforeYouRent #Housing
