I think the owners are very good people they were told one day that the dryer was broke and by the next day that evening they had a new dryer in there for us they didn't delay at all the house is very clean . I'm thankful that I have good roommates Don and his girlfriend Kim it's hard to find people that don't steal and that don't go through your things or take your things without permission things like that so it's nice to have people that are honest upstanding citizens to live with cuz it's hard to find that hair in Vegas so I feel blessed to have the home that we have and the landlords that we have and I'm thankful

Definitely a must-use app and/or service.

Overall, padsplit is an awesome platform and caters to one's housing needs in a very specific, necessary way with regard to leases and affordability and timeliness. So far, only two drawbacks. The first is that there are fewer rooms than there is need for and the rooms that are listed are more often than not, unavailable, at least in my area. The second and last is the difficult hurdles encountered regarding proof of address or residence. There is a membership agreement but without the actual landlord's name and signature, it does not meet the requirements for all situations that require a proof or address or residence. Otherwise and again, padsplit is the bees knees and really come in clutch. So kudos and much gratitude to all involved, to include padsplit and the hosts.

Unsafe situation, no live support on move-in day, eviction tool takes weeks

I became a PadSplit host to rent rooms in my property, but my experience has been extremely disappointing and, at times, frightening. A member moved in with her boyfriend, even though my house rules clearly prohibit guests and unauthorized occupants. From day one, I did not feel safe with an unknown man effectively living in my home, in direct violation of the rules. On move-in day, PadSplit’s “Support Team” was not available by phone or live chat. I could only leave messages. I left six in-app messages and sent multiple emails explaining the safety issue and rule violations, but received no meaningful help or intervention. The only enforcement tool available to me is a “Notice to Vacate,” which the platform limits to at least 14 days out, even in a situation where I feel unsafe and rules are being blatantly ignored. According to PadSplit’s own policy, if a membership is terminated, the member must leave within 48 hours, but getting that termination requires support engagement that I have not received. As a host, I expected basic vetting, clear enforcement of house rules, and responsive support when safety is at risk. Instead, I’ve been left to deal with an unsafe living situation, with a slow, bureaucratic process and little to no real assistance. I cannot recommend PadSplit to other hosts until they fix their support responsiveness and give hosts real tools to deal with rule violations and safety concerns immediately.

GOLDEN RULE

I get along with alot of people just in general. I never invaded anyone privacy or caused any trouble for anyone. .... I've been a good host, friend all along. . I'm Not perfect. I mean no harm. I'm aware that Complainant’s, petty bs. I am not at fault. . I' get along well with people mostly, everywhere I am. Games and lame bs affected the peace, dignity and people's stability moving all over again may affect my mind. I absolutely love thishouse. . Lmk if we can work through this . I'm sorry about that. I wasn't cussing at you. I was raised right. Thx. ? I'd like to know who's complaint about what!? Pleases take this under advisement. Haven't bothered anyone here that I know of!!!? TJD

I enjoyed the flexibility and ease of…

I enjoyed the flexibility and ease of living in a PadSplit. I’ve met some lifetime friends who shared the pad with me. It’s not gonna always be perfect but I liked how they accommodated me if and when I needed to change my residence, which happened once.
