It’s been a very difficult and…
It’s been a very difficult and frustrating experience starting off with the times that you can call customer service which seems to be on British time of Greenwich time or something else other than Pacific daylight time. I can’t put into words how difficult it is dealing with a company that says they can find a roommate from one who has a room. It’s hard to differentiate when dealing with your outfit one who is looking for a room from the one who has the room available, You indeed make it impossible.

Found a great landlord
Search parameters go ignored
The search parameters are never saved. I just set them again and I got a message not all were saved. They need to be reset every time I log in. This causes a barrage of emails that do not fit. AI my eye.

Many ads looked fake
Many ads looked fake. I saw two ads of potential tenants that appeared to be the same person wearing two sets of clothes, and neither responded to our inquiry. Those that did respond were flaky, at best. Would not recommend.
