Not many rooms available where I was…

Not many rooms available where I was looking for them there’s not much availability for PadSplit unless you’re in a major city and even then sometimes it’s not great. People are trying to price gouge and move-in fees. I got lucky and got a room.

I would say that PadSplit is Great…

I would say that PadSplit is a great program to get you back on your feet with housing stability. The application process was simple, and expedient. I am grateful for the affordable weekly rental payment option that it provides, and all the utilities being included. The benefits are high with PadSplit, especially if you have to rebuild your credit. I'm still new in the program, but I like how I have the choice to relocate to various states that offer this housing program as well, especially when my job requires traveling.

A cozy home while I figure out next steps.

I've been in my space since 04.12.26 and intend to be until early July. Thus far this has been a pleasant experience, my neighbors are cordial and overall everyone minds their business. I have a private bathroom and patio space which I LOVEEEEE! It makes this transition feel like a cozy home while I figure out next steps. I am looking forward to trying different properties untilI I figure out what city I want to live in longterm.
