I've thoroughly enjoyed my living experiences here. I'm moving out to get further medical care in a different city but once I'm better, I fully intend to return to PadSplit. It’s very affordable! Not a place for children but it’s convenient and flexible!! Some people stay here so they can save to buy a home but me, I’m by myself, no kids and only go home to sleep so this works perfect for me!! Been with them for a little over two years and no complaints! In house washer, dryer and wifi!! Plus no bills!!! It’s a plus! I’m grateful for Pad Split!!!

It was a wonderful stay in a comfortable, well maintained house. It was close to where I was working and very convenient and I loved staying here. The people that I stayed with were lovely.

On 5-29 I was attacked by roomate and I called cops and got roomate arrested and told host. He then decides to falsify a safety report to padsplit in attempt to get me banned and evicted. Padsplit allowed the attempt while freezing payments on account. We went to court and eviction was dismissed because it's against law to retaliate against a domestic violence victim..padsplit still allows the host to continue to harass and stalk me while they are still charging my account while landlord also add on fines and fees. And I can't pay anything .while they are racking up a debt. This is unethical
