The ordering is very confusing for the slow feeder and water bowl set vs water bowl set. They wanted me to return the whole thing vs just returning the bowl and exchanging for a slow feeder. You have to be careful what you click on because the return is on you and it is costly. They can also deem not refundable because the way you repackage does not look new. The measurements should be on the pictures so that people can know what height they are buying rather than. Doom scrolling to find out. Multiple customer service before getting to the person to respond.
