Great customer service by Khloe
It took many emails back and forth with Khloe for me to finally receive the product. The product seems to work well, I've only used it once since I received it yesterday. I did not know it was coming from overseas when I ordered it, I think full disclosure on this would save a lot of the back and forth looking for the product. It took two shipments and almost 3 months for me to get the product. Again Khloe was the reason I didn't ask for a refund.
