I’ve been a patient for over 3 years
I’ve been a patient for over 3 years. I had to switch providers for one month due to my normal provider being out of the office. This provider needs to lose her license. She sent my prescription incorrectly to Walgreens not once but FOUR times. This caused Walgreens to look into her further and flag her and my account. Instead of rectifying the issue and sending my prescription to another pharmacy she did nothing for another 4 days. Meanwhile she was continuing to see other patients. I have still yet to hear from anyone in management also.
