I am so impressed with this company. I needed a rug replaced, and their customer service was top-tier from start to finish. They listened, communicated perfectly, and responded promptly. It’s rare to find a business that shows this level of understanding nowadays. To top it off, the delivery guys were fantastic. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll definitely be telling others to shop here!
