I had an oura 4 ring that was not charging properly. I contacted.oura customer Service and spoke to two different people that were very helpful and Sara quickly assessed the situation and sent me a new ring. I love my ring and everything it has to offer. I would highly recommend oura. Great customer service. Even though it’s all online, they still help you and listen to what you have to say very satisfied.
