I asked for the single queen bed room…
I asked for the single queen bed room with the jacuzzi. We went through the whole thing before he went through with the reservation. Sounded all legit until I read the email and seen he booked me for a premium king room. So I called back and the room I wanted to book wasn't available.... Now they possibly won't give me back a full refund eventhough this whole ordeal isnt my fault. I hope they make this right... I am so upset, this brought me to tears!!!
