He charged me the wrong price for our motel reservation. When I called back just transfer me to someone else. I asked to talk to Shawn Hoover and they told me that he wasn’t taking any calls. I actually had Shawn’s number. Also you charged my credit card and that should’ve happened, it should be held until we arrive at the motel

I had to make several calls to the reservation number and each time got a very helpful and competent person. The last person I talked to was very helpful making sure that I received the best rate. We stay at this hotel annually and always enjoy it.

The person who helped me, her name is Shinette, was was so helpful. She went out of her way to find a motel for me. It took her a while, but she secured a motel. Unfortunately, when I called the motel to confirm my reservation, they still would not guarantee a ground floor room. I am handicapped, so I need a ground floor room.

Tarren was a pretty good person at the end of my dilemma of trying to reserve a hotel that was too far away from where I live at. I spoke to three other people it must have been a third person who tried to organize this for La Quinta. It was frustrating but I got a hold to Tarren at the end and she did a wonderful job correcting the other two service people who couldn't speak good English and didn't know how to do booking. Tarren was the last person I spoke to and I appreciate her concern, her understanding, and the ability to refund some of my money back. I would never go through La Quinta reservation third person company again.

Donna was very helpful and understood the dilemma I was in to make last-minute reservations. Although the rates changed during our call. I called her because my form I had filled out and entered credit card and was given a price, was taking forever to process as the timer slowly ticked away to higher rates. Unfortunately, she had to charge me the higher rate.
