Though Emile Dela was courteous on the phone, I was charged $103.16 for a robbery on that was actually $59.99+tax. I was also charged a $9 cancellation fee that did not apply to this non reimbursable hotel. This was a moment of extreme stress for me an my family, as our flight was cancelled and could not get to my destination. It was a stressful situation for me and my family, and this situation made it worse. This is a pretty me example of taking advantage of a vulnerable situation, where most hotels in the area were booked due to the large amount of flights cancelations due to weather.
