Amazing for our team! We love Sona. Can't wait to use it more and add more knowledge. Some of our clients are still a little hesitant with the AI. Did have issues with set up and was unable to port my Google Voice. Also did not realize that I had to put in referral before free trial. Unable to get my referral credit for her recommendation. Overall we are very happy and user experience is great!
