I asked a question which likely should have gone to the clinical side. However instead of passing it over to them, the response from the rep was that I contacted the wrong department. That's it. Then I was continually harassed about completing the stupid survey. I would have appreciated it if someone had actually tried to help me out. ********************************* Since my original review I received an email from Lloyd from the clinical team and he explained how to make a change to my profile which was my original question and even included screenshots. I really appreciated that. I have been losing weight since starting the program and I am happy with my choice of Ivy!
