This company is the biggest scam
This company is the biggest scam. They are the most unhelpful group I've ever encountered in my life. We had issues with our AC and decided to use the home warranty. They sent someone out who did a very thorough evaluation of the unit and submitted their findings to Cinch, who decided they didn't like their recommendations and sent out another company to evaluate the situation. The second company that was sent out didn't speak English, so there was a very big communication barrier. They submitted their findings and they were a direct contradiction to what the first company had stated and recommended. So we called Cinch stating that we are concerned that there are two very different recommendations and would like a third party to come check out system. We were told no that we had to do the second party's recommendations. We asked multiple times for a supervisor or someone to call us back in regards to us being concerned that we were told by the first company that what they are recommending is against manufacturers recommendations for our unit. No one ever reached out to us and they closed our request. Now it doesn't work at all and leaks water and we had to request another repair, were initially told we had to wait a week in 90 degree temperatures with two kids and a dog for someone to come back out. We asked for a different company and were told no. So now we have to wait for the same company to return to see what's wrong with the language barriers and still nothing back on our concerns on conflicting recommendations. Also, Cinch sends all their customer service overseas so there is another language barrier when trying to communicate your issues. This company is a scam and ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS! BUYER BEWARE!!!
