Never shipped my order
They printed the shipping label and never shipped the item. I’ve “chatted” on their website with them multiple times and they keep telling me that they shipped it and UPS just hasn’t updated the tracking status. There wasn’t even an origin scan. Now they’re telling me that they will open an investigation with UPS. This has been going on for towels. Just stay from this horrible scam group.
