Terrible communication and customer service, a chat option that rarely works, rejection of authentic bag without an explanation, removal of partial funds in my membership account without explanation. After one bad experience I said I’d never buy from them again. Gave them a second chance and experience was just as bad. Spare yourself and don’t waste your time with them.
