Is one star an option?
I ordered two jerseys on June 4th. It's now August 3rd I have not gotten my items or a refund. They sent me an email on 10 July and said I'd get a refund right away (within 24 hours). I have not heard back even though I've reached out, again, several times. The customer service and handling of this situation is terrible!
