I can't say enough good things about Doreen. This isn't the first time I've had the pleasure of working with Doreen, and once again I received exceptional customer service. Doreen responded incredibly quickly, answered every one of my questions thoroughly, and went *above and beyond* to make sure my Waterdrop issue was resolved. You can genuinely tell Doreen loves the job and truly cares about helping customers. That kind of passion and dedication is so rare these days. It's unfortunate that not every customer service representative is like Doreen.
