They are a scam
They are a scam, I tried multiple times to return my items the second I got them. No reply and they also automatically enroll you is a subscription. If you don’t check the account they set up when you order. Terrible company I tried contacting them no replies. I’m stuck with an item that I can’t even use. Basically threw away $70 to the landfill brand new garbage.
