Made a redemption request for 1000$…
Made a redemption request for 1000$ over 2 months ago. They have cancelled my request multiple times and have blamed it on a “glitch.” They have also blamed high volumes of redemptions as the reason for the wait, which is a very common stall tactic. They just cancelled my request again, and now are requiring me to verify my identity again before I can request a redemption. I have made successful redemptions before and verified multiple times so this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this site, they are scammers.(Posting about a week later to update that nothing has changed, they are still using all the same tactics and I have not been paid)
