This is a scam masked by a simple legit service. You make a tiny 1-time payment to process a document, and two weeks later your card get's charged with 39 usd. There is no mentioning of subscription in the account settings or profile. There is no possibility to cancel it or remove the account or the data. The only option is to permanently block the card. The data does not get errased in 48 hours as they claim. It remains stored there, that means, it can be used by them. So be careful what data you put there. My advice: don't use it and report it as scam so that it dissapears
