Pay Attention to Your Order
Pay attention to your order. A partial order was delivered to me and no mention was made as to when the remaining order would be fulfilled. 3 weeks passed and no message from Filterbuy Inc. I had to proactively contact FIlterbuy to find out they did not have the second size filter I had ordered, and to request my refund. The Rep was apologetic, admitted their error but upon request would not provide a discount for a future order to at least make me feel a little better for the trouble. Poor customer service and communication and I will be purchasing from a competitor in the future.
