Avoid at all costs: deceptive practices and refund stalling
I purchased a WPSwings service under the mistaken impression it was affiliated with WooCommerce, which it is not. The same day I realized my error, I requested a refund — before ever installing or using the product. This should have been a simple, fast resolution. Instead, I was met with pushback and pressure in their chat support. Rather than processing a straightforward same-day refund, they've dragged this out with vague promises of "checking with supervisors" and "maybe" offering a partial refund. For a $350 subscription that was never even activated, this is absurd. No legitimate company needs executive-level meetings to approve a refund on an unused service requested within hours of purchase. This has all the hallmarks of a deliberate stalling tactic — dragging things out in the hope that customers will get frustrated and give up. I won't. As a small business owner working with limited, borrowed funds, every dollar matters, and I'm not walking away from money I'm rightfully owed for a service I never touched. Looking through other reviews, my experience is far from unique — there are numerous similar complaints about refund battles, buggy software, and poor technical support. That pattern alone should tell you everything you need to know. Bottom line: shady, unprofessional, and not worth the risk. Do your research and look elsewhere before giving this company your money.
