Crappy product and crappy customer service.
I made the mistake of purchasing the vulse. You might as well grab a small robotic transformer because the noise it emits is abhorent. Not something you want to stick up your hooha. Also, the quality of the silicone is cheap. It leaves a white powdery residue. They refused to take it back, because I opened the box and turned it on in the palm of my hand. It hasn't been used, but they still refused to take it back. So it's going in the garbage. Time and money wasted.
