A simple order of 40 custom printed lanyards took 2 1/2 hours over 4 days. When I called customer service It was very difficult to understand them and they were unable to help, I had to have an order number, and i was on the order page. Due to time constraints I had to order via a different email. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
