A BIG thanks to Alex who helped me out today!! I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong day, and they were able to reach out to the theatre to authorize cancellation. I received a credit from TodayTix right away and will be using it to rebook my tickets for the correct date. The AI support is fine but can't provide this level of support so ask for a real human!
