Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, I slept on it 3 to 5 days and ended up with pain in my neck, shoulder and back. I kept the pillow thinking I would feel better and try it again. Unfortunately, I was outside of their 30 day return policy by just a few days and they refused to allow me to return it. The product sucks, customer service sucks, the return policy sucks. Do not buy
