Print Quality Feedback
The color and print quality used to be great before they outsourced the printing to another facility. Due to what appears to be a production setup issue, the inside cover background color simply wasn't printed. (I'm not talking about normal color differences between a screen and a printed product—the background color is completely missing.) They sent me a reprint to fix the issue, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved. What's more, the reprint quality was even worse. There are streaks that appear to have been caused by a dirty print head, and some pages were printed slightly crooked. At this point, I'll have to start looking for a new print shop...
