We bought a Gozney Dome (dual gas & wood) back in 2023 and were really excited about it. Shortly after purchase the ignitor stopped working. We reached out to support and they sent us a dozen or so troubleshooting methods. We spent hours on these methods and nothing worked. Finally have months of back and forth they offered us a new machine at a discounted rate for the trouble. The same exact issue happened with that machine and we have now again been in months of back and forth to get it fixed. This is a machine we use regularly, store with the gozney cover on it and under a protected canopy. It is on a gozney stand and it well taken care of. Really terrible machines, with a huge expense and a team not willing to replace products when they dont work. Super disappointed in this brand and their products.
