DO NOT BUY! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a dog bed back in early June, it's now August and it hasn't even been shipped yet, still at 'order pending'. There is no customer service; no one responds to emails. I don't care if this thing is lined with gold it would not be worth waiting this long and stressing about if I'd ever see this dog bed - based off other reviews I reckon it's a safe bet that I've overspent considering the quality of the products being mentioned.
