This is my first time ever using a laundry service. My depression had not been great for MONTHS, and one of my strategies for coping through is just do "do only what I have to." With laundry, that means, if I have 5 outfits for work and some lounge/pajamas clean (and undergarments), I'm good. I was doing minimal. Even though I'm feeling better now, at the bottom of one of my hampers was Christmas outfits and winter clothes... old sheets... etc. I bit the bullet after getting a work bonus and got 4 bags of laundry done. It was SO easy to schedule, and they were returned easily and folded, too. I only have to put them in drawers. I could track the driver to pick up and drop off in case I was going out, and OMG, this is the greatest. Definitely will use again during busy or low mental health seasons (hopefully no more than a load or two in the future).
