I absolutely loved the Akara rug from Lulu and Georgia. The rug is stylish, soft, and beautiful. I bought it as a bath mat. I did not need to wash it for a long period of time. After the first wash in cold water as directed, the colors ran and it is now unuseable. I reached out to customer service who stated it was past the return time, despite the fact that first wash as directed destroyed the product. They offered 20% off another item. Extremely disappointed .
