First, and most important, was how closely the finished bobblehead resembled the subject, how many details it got right and the overall quality of the product. And this quality didn't come by accident. The company worked closely with me, sent me many prototype samples of the work in progress and addressed all my comments and critiques with respect and professionalism. I could not be more pleased with the final result.
