Custom Bobble Heads, true artists.
Ordering from Custom bobble heads was a very smooth and easy process from ordering, changes/updates to delivery. Very pleased with the ordering process as there are many opportunities to make any request or changes to your bobble head. They are very responsive and detail oriented. They make sure that they understand the changes and address any concerns as necessary. At the end, I was very pleased with the artist who sculpted this bobble head. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. Truly outstanding!
These guys are AWESOME
These guys are AWESOME! They made sure everything was perfect before shipping, communicated daily, sent plenty of proofs, and helped keep everything on schedule (we were using the figures for a wedding cake so the deadline was REALLY important!) Cherry is very patient, kind, and helpful. She answered a million questions and keeps the process moving along smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

It starts with great customer service, walking us through the process of ordering & following up every step of the way and it ends with getting our Bobblehead 2 weeks before we anticipated and it is absolutely perfect. Exactly what we ordered! We are blown away by this experience & recommend this company highly. 10 Stars!

Meh. Shop elsewhere.
Very glad I didn’t go with a full family setting, which I had originally planned on doing. So, I’m only out $200 and not $500. This was a very underwhelming experience, and definitely not worth it. I paid extra for the 10+ years experienced person to create this, but it didn’t help. You have to approve a face with no hair, and no changes to the face afterwards. You ever see your wife bald before? The face looks so different when it doesn’t have hair versus when it does. They made the figures look 20 years older than they were in the picture and even when I said to get rid of wrinkles and smooth out the face, my wife still looked older than in the picture. And only one of the heads bobbles. The way they made my wife’s hair it appears to keep her head from bobbling. At this point, I don’t even know that I’ll chance giving it as the anniversary present I was planning to. I have a feeling it would land me in the dog house.

Excellent customer service plus amazing likeness!
The customer service is beyond excellent. I heard from Cherry every step of the way as they proceeded with the making of our order. Once the designer got involved, again, heard from that person as each step was being completed. It is amazing how they do this and the so the likeness of the picture submitted, from head to toe. I'm anxiously awaiting arrival & surprising my friend with this unique gift.

Thank you so much! 😊 We’re thrilled you were happy with both the speed and the details — that means a lot to us!
Amazingly detailed likeness.
First, and most important, was how closely the finished bobblehead resembled the subject, how many details it got right and the overall quality of the product. And this quality didn't come by accident. The company worked closely with me, sent me many prototype samples of the work in progress and addressed all my comments and critiques with respect and professionalism. I could not be more pleased with the final result.

Service was prompt and friendly. My bobblehead was done faster than expected and looks eerily like my friend - he'll love it and his wife will think it's hilarious

Custom Bobbleheads US
The bobbleheads turned out great. They are very thorough take a lot of time getting all the details exactly how you want them.

Talented artists that did a great job…
Talented artists that did a great job and kept in communication. Only criticism I have is that the hair on one of the heads is keeping it from moving, which was an upcharge that I had to pay. Other than that, great job!
Reply from Custombobbleheadsus2026-08-10
Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback! 😊 We’re really glad you loved the artwork and communication. We also appreciate you pointing out the hair issue — longer hairstyles can sometimes limit the head movement, and we’ll keep your feedback in mind. So happy you enjoyed the bobbleheads overall!

How often CBUS reached out to me to…4x
How often CBUS reached out to me to show the work in progress and to give my consent to what stage the designer was working on at that time. Though the result on the faces was not 100% looking to the original picture, it was exceptionally close. Very fine craftsmanship.
