Scam
I went to pay for my order and had a 50% code. I placed the order and the whole time the price was showing with the discount but after paying I had the full price with no discount removed from my bank. I contacted them to get this sorted and was told I'd get a refund. After messaging multiple times and being told the same thing I then get a call asking for all the details again. I give them it and get told they won't refund me. They then say they'll refer it to someone who can refund me. I have had seven calls from them now all exactly almost to the word the same and no refund. The final one saying that she would refund me if it was in her hands but it's not. I then asked to actually be sent through to someone who can deal with my situation like I'd been told I would several times. And she almost on repeat would reply saying she's sorry for the inconvenience and try end the call.
