I will give 0 star if I could!! Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order and was told it would be dispatched within 15 days. More than a month later, my order was still showing as pending, I had not received my items, and my emails were ignored. Only after I advised that I would dispute the payment through my credit card provider did I receive a reply claiming the order was "on the way" with a tracking number. However, the tracking never became active and showed no evidence that the parcel had been shipped. After opening a dispute, Funny Fuzzy accepted it and issued a refund. Based on my experience, the communication, shipping process, and customer service were extremely disappointing. Customers should be very cautious before placing an order.
